Avery Aesthetics Loyalty Program

SUMMARY OF TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Book & pay for your treatment, product or skincare & loyalty points accrue automatically.
2. Loyalty rewards can be used for in clinic purchases of services and products, including packages of treatments.  Gift certificates/vouchers are exempt, as are sale skincare items and specials, such as seasonal specials, for treatments.
3. Loyalty points may not be used on the date they accrued.
4. Loyalty points expire strictly 180 days from the date of issue.
5. Loyalty points are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or credit.
6. Loyalty points do not accrue on purchases made with Zip payment plans.
7. Loyalty points may only be used with other promotions or offers at the absolute discretion of Avery Aesthetics.

Avery provides two services -  Avery Reconstructive and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and Avery Aesthetics, our non-surgical skin service. All surgical procedures are performed by Specialist Plastic Surgeon, Dr Gary Avery (FRACS). Dr Gary Avery (MED0001633092) is a registered medical practitioner, with specialist registration in Surgery – Plastic Surgery.

Registered Nurses perform all medical aesthetic services. Individualised results and recovery times from all surgical and nonsurgical procedures will vary depending on the starting point of the individual, skin quality, and lifestyle factors, such as nutrition and exercise.
